The peoples' right to decide on constitutional affairs
According to the European Referendum Campaign:

"An EU constitution can only be adopted by referenda in all countries concerned! That is one of the main demands of the European Referendum Campaign which is organised and coordinated by Democracy International."

A meeting about our chances of a being allowed by the British government to have a referendum on a EU constitution will take place in London on 22nd March 2004, the details follow:
