Referendum2 on terms negotiated for "brexit". Your opinion?

In opinion surveys of both the UK (2) and Scotland (3) a second EU "brexit" referendum (about whether or not to accept the negotiated terms) has received majority support: see reports referenced below.

A referendum on such a grave subject should be carefully considered and designed – standards for the first "brexit" referendum were in our view unfit for purpose.

We want to know your opinion about the content and conditions for a possible, second (21st century) UK referendum about the EU.

INIREF QUERIES THE DESIGN OF A POSSIBLE SECOND UK/EU "brexit" REFERENDUM

Referendum2 design

The first "brexit" referendum was badly designed (1).

How do you think that a second referendum about UK and EU should be organised and designed?

Who should "trigger" the referendum? Parliament? Government? A large number of citizens?

Which proposals or questions should be on the ballot paper?

Should there be a "hurdle" of minimum turnout below which the poll would be invalid?

Who should be able to vote – franchise? Voting age? Ex-pats ?
